You hit the nail on the head with that original MS style, considering I immediately had a feeling of what I was looking at before I even clicked on it! The lighting is also well done, good contrast between the lights and darks.

It is impressive for sure. You clearly have an excellent expertise in digital art through colorwork. All of the brushing of the colors around is of high quality and shows an experienced understanding of working with it. It strikes me as of industry concept art standard actually, atleast the typical approach.

Neat to see, it is a good approach to Lilith. Despite the obvious simplicity, it is all still aesthetically pleasing, from the linework to the shading and coloring. Came out as good as it could've!

I can tell you enjoyed doing this artwork. You clearly have your own approach to shaping and stylizing anatomy, which is good. On the whole I would say it is quite rudimentary though. Not bad, but it doesn't stand out much. With tweaks and revision it does hold promise. I would say the cane is actually the best part of this art, it is well stylized for sure.

Thank you very much for the genuine criticism lol

I glanced at your previous iteration and this does show improvement. While simplicity is not necessarily a bad thing, this however is clearly lacking in an amount of detail that I think would serve it better. Too much blank space, too much "paint bucket" tool vibes. But I can tell some understanding of basics is forming, the shadows and little stitches are on the right track.

Not to be too harsh, as you may be younger and you also make it clear that you don't post especially seriously, but since you were aiming to copy your reference image, trying to convey more of the burlap fabric feel on the body would be a good area to improve. I'm sure it isn't easy on Adobe Animate or whatever you use, but for one-and-done art I think you should always add as much as you can. I would say this is one of the better doodles you've posted.

I'm going to take into account what you told me, and yes, I use adobe animate

Love the aesthetic to it all, you've definitely got it figured out, down to the stylized names - good stuff! The gritty linework owes itself to their presence as well. I even love the mid-flailing poses on the first two. Overall they just ooze chaos like no tomorrow.

Not to impose on your vision, but perhaps the first two characters feet would look better as hooves of some sort, as the forked design reminds me of the Mirelurks from FO3 haha, although it's only a suggestion. Bolder outlines would really accentuate the jagged edges as well I feel like and work in the style's favor as well I believe. Best of luck on getting scouted, I left a recommendation for you! Keep it up (:

thank you
im trying to draw more but been busy and practicing digital

Lmao. You always make me laugh, dude.

I really enjoyed both of the Quietus games and I feel that this art really fits their story tone! It also helps to understand the cover art of the sequel, depicting the dead protagonist and the lost soul standing in front of a large grayish being with hollowed-out eyes, shedding a tear (possibly?). I always wondered what that thing was supposed to be, as it didn't seem to resemble any of the creatures encountered in the game, but apparently it was the moon. That's pretty cool to know, actually. Keep up the great work, Connor! Big fan, here :)

Hahaha amazing!

Hahahah i love these!

I am a sick wicked gnarly dingus who does stuff, draws pictures, and plays a mean keyboard. Also I have a crab. I rock.
